Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her education. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. At the end 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel spent her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. In October 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and was crowned 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place within the fitness division, despite being completely unprepared. It's no surprise that she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the working sets. Also Ariel likes to use her time the best way possible. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
